Mike is responsible for sales and distribution across Marsh’s Network Practice, including the various network propositions, Marsh Wholesale, and Broker2Broker (B2B).  His role includes the day-to-day management of the sales leaders and their teams across all distribution channels as well as the market relationship team.

In addition, he works with the Head of Propositions to develop and improve the range of products and services available to member brokers.

Mike has 31 years experience in insurance - with insurers, networks, and brokers in the SME sector. This includes 13 years experience helping regional brokers succeed in a network environment, as both a Business Development Manager and a Sales Leader.
