Every Marsh ProBroker member is assigned a named Business Development Manager – a first port of call for questions, requests, and calls for assistance.

Our Business Development Managers (BDMs) do not tell our members where to place business, or how to run their businesses, and they do not disappear for months on end. They stay in regular contact to make sure that each member has the support, insight, and knowledge required to make the most of their membership:

  • Regular catch-ups to introduce and explain new additions to the product portfolio.
  • Liaising with local insurer contacts to improve day-to-day trading.
  • Visiting insurers to ensuring the trading teams are focused on helping our members win business.
  • Hosting national, regional and local networking events at which members can meet with senior executives from our panel insurers, and with their fellow members.
  • Acting as a gateway into Marsh, to ensure easy access to expert support when required – from placement to claims.
  • Passing on Marsh’s market insight, to keep members up-to-date with the latest industry trends, issues, and best practice.

In short, we have the right structure in place to fight your corner – to ensure you have access to the right contacts, at the right level, when you need them.
